Aaron Cohen the store associate we very dismissive to us, we walked in first thing in the morning And he did not want to greet us or help us. I came into the store 8/29 with my Friend who is helping me with my pond. I am a business owner and I am remodeling my house and creating a new pond. He said, “NA, WE“RE CLOSE” and hung up on me. WOW! What's the odds I caught them on 2 bad days? … – show I thought he was joking, so I informed him I'm on 112th about 1 block away. I asked what time is it there and he said “it's 4:55, but we're closed.”.
My reply was “I thought you were open until 5?”, to that he said yes. The guy told me “don't bother, we're closed”. When I got about 1 minute away (it was about 5 minutes before they closed) I called them to let them know I was be there in 60 seconds and I know exactly what head I need. I had about 20 minutes before t hey closed so I raced down there knowing I'm about 15 minutes away.

After install the sprinkler heads I was very happy with the product! About 1 year later I had to replace 1 that got damaged. He suggested I go with the Hunter PGP Ultra head based on what he overhead me telling the staff. But I was super lucky and another customer saw how poorly they were treating me and came up to me to offer some advice. Figured maybe I caught them on a bad day. I was surprised how poor the service was.
